is resurrected into a new body(One made of Heaven), or do you believe that a ghostly spirit that you always had continues to exist?

If you are of the little flock that will go to heaven, the resurrected body you receive will be a spiritual body so that you will basically be made of the same stuff as the angels. If you are of the great crowd who will live on earth, the resurrected body you receive will be a physical body. No part of you continues to exist when you die, but God has perfect memory and you will be the same personality that you always were. Your body will be better as will your mind.

I'm gonna cross that bridge when I get there but apparently our souls will inhabit new bodies that are not affected by death and decay. At that time there will be a new heaven and new earth too which is also pretty vague. Some Christians believe in the spirit just going to heaven but that is actually not a Biblically based idea.

Spirit continues to exist until you are resurrected and rejoined with your perfected body. Our understanding of DNA and cloning makes this seem even more plausible every day.

I have faith in what the Word of God says. And He says that when this flesh body dies the spirit inside goes directly to the Father.><>

When we die our soul goes to heaven and then at the rapture he will reunite our earthly bodies with our souls and give us a glorified body.

You don't "die." Your emotions and unique personality are carried onto the next life.
PS: I am an atheist, in case you didn't know.
