That is a question we all ponder at one point in life. Truth of the matter is; It depends on what your own personal faith is. For me that divine spirit is Allah. for others it may be Jesus. and for many people who are just spiritual and do not proclaim a faith, it is just that; a Divine Spirit.

It comes down to what YOU believe. and only YOU can answer that question.

personally I believe that "GOD" is one who has no birth and death. He is the powerful power whose vision and reach can reach out to the remote of the remotest possible. I have read that both Jesus and Allah took birth, lived like anyone else and died. They talked, laughed. cried, felt and suffered like us. What made them special was their above the ordinary and normal levels of thinking - b'cos they inherited powers from the almighty through submerging their souls with HIM. At the max, they are the true messangers of GOD - Dont we have godmen everywhere around us. The Godmen have normal lives like us but their extra knowledge and powers inherited due to consistent interaction through prayers have made them thus. Hence, if you find divinity - It is "HIS" radiance and not that of Jesus, Allah or anyother individual.

It is just that, the Divine Spirit, you can give it any name you want, but you are still pointing out the divine spirit almost everyone can feel.

I suppose that's up to you and what you believe. I feel the presence of a divine spirit, too. For me, it's Leviathan, Lucifer, Atum, or any host of deities. It's all in the interpretation of the personal experience and the beliefs that accompany that experience.

Jesus, Allah, YAHWEH, YHWH and others can all be translated back to the same meaning in the language it comes from....the divine one, the great one, the all living one, the almight, etc.

If you live in the western world, it's certainly not Allah. ;-) Jesus has my vote, personally. It's certainly not Allah who's touching my life.

Feelings are decieving. Divinity is a broad statement, religiously speaking. Greek god Zues would actually impregnate with a beam of light, just be careful with your feelings.
