While I don't think it is going to hurt you, it will have an off flavor, I have seen it a few times, it will also happen with eveporated milk. It taste really odd, I would not advise using it.

Only if it got that way from being heated though. If it's just been sitting in your fridge and has gone that colour, throw it out. That is THE BEST time to use it! But not the same way as you would use condensed milk - it is actually caramel by then so fill up pastry cases or spread it between layers of cake or squish between 2 plain sweet biscuits. It is known as 'dulce de leche' in Spanish and if you look that up in a search engine, you'll get tonnes of recipes. Enjoy!

yes the reason it turned that color because its become to warm . make carmel sauce that you use for ice cream heat it more . or use like you normally would

depends if you have cooked it to turn that color?! then its used in an Irish dessert called Banoffie.....if its brown when you open the can, please discard it.
