See a psychiatrist; they'll be able to tell you. Also, try googling "anxiety disorder" and compare your symptoms to see if they match the symptoms of the disorder. This might help you in making the decision on whether or not you need to see a doctor. Peace.

A 19 year old who is still in school but can not organize a question better than this one may have more problems than an anxiety disorder.

In general an anxiety disorder is when you are afraid and anxious even though you can not identify any reason to feel that way. If this describes you and you are still in school you probably have access to a counselor. Talk with that person.

Anxiety is a normal reaction to stress. It helps one deal with a tense situation in the office, study harder for an exam, keep focused on an important speech. In general, it helps one cope. But when anxiety becomes an excessive, irrational dread of everyday situations, it has become a disabling disorder.
