I am 13 years old, 5'4'' and 100 pounds. I am currently trying to lose about 10 pounds. This is what i do:
Breakfast- Oatmeal (about 140 calories) and Skim Milk (75 calories)
Snack- Granola Bar (100 calories)
Lunch- Sandwich and Fruit (300 calories)
Snack- 1 cup of blueberries w/ Splenda (80 calories)
Dinner- Salad with eggs, cheese, meat, a little bit of dressing and chicken breast (400 calories)
Desert- Blueberries w/ Splenda (80 calories)
Exercise- 1 hour of PE (running,exercise, stretches, etc.) and 100 crunches, 50 ups per leg, and 30 pushups at home
Well thats what im doing right now and I think it works. You should try this and you should see results in a month. I know its not really fast but its a healthy and safe way to lose weight. Also, its not really dieting because its yummy. :] I hope this works for you!

Ok, I think you are a bit too young to be worrying too much (keep in mind that weight you are putting on now is needed for the growth spurt that you are about to hit so a lot of it will go away in a few years) but...
Cut out junk food - no chips, no chocolate, no slushees, no Coke, no other sodas
Eat healthy snacks - Fruit and veggies (i.e. apple, banana, carrot sticks) are tasty and healthy snacks. If you want chips, why not try rice cakes instead?
Drink lots of water - 2 liters (1/2 gallon) a day - helps out your whole system
EXERCISE! - Get outside and do something. Go for a walk, play in your backyard, climb a tree, go swimming... whatever, just don't go home and watch TV and/or play video games - be active

To lose weight successfully,you should know the food that you eat can either make you THIN or FAT!!!

basically cut out crisps and choc and exercise and you will loose weight easily. you do not need to go on a strict diet because you will loose weight in a few months time anyway. I used to do that, and I was slim.

11 years is waaay to early to worry about your weight. But to do it safely eat less junk food and excercise more, thats all to it for someone so young.

always have vegetables on hand saute a big bag of frozen mixed vegetables in olive oil and garlic add some red pepper or turmeric for additional flavor and separate into portion sized containers for the fridge

do what i do it loses weight slowly but safely
eat lots of noodles and sandwiches and only when your hungry
and to drink drink milk and chocolate milk made with ovaltine

try exercise and diet not strictly , jogging and eat a lot of fruit and drink a lot of water!
