By luger varients, I include Military and commercial P08's, artillery, naval, commercial, Erma, Stoeger, and Mitchell Arms guns of Luger-style design. I'm wondering about non-luger, non-bergman, non-maxim toggle guns.

Other than the Luger and Borchandt there are not many. The toggle action has some inherent flaws, since it has more moving parts than most, still an interesting design though.

The MP5 uses a delayed blowback action, roller-delayed to be exact.

The Bergman was based on a failed previous attempt at toggle action but I can't remember what it was called. The Bergman worked but not real reliable. Luger refined and perfected the design. It was too costly and time consuming to produce, too much machine work, so other actions worked better and cost less to produce which ended research and further development of toggle actions.
