I like Captin Crunch Berries, Cheerios, Fruity Peebles, Cocoa Peebles, and Cinnamon Toast Crunch.

I don't know the answer to the second question.

Cheerios are my healthy cereal. The others have alot of sugar.

So far, I haven't found a cereal I like better than Total. But to be honest, I've never tried any other cereal. Total ROCKS!

Oh, I also like oatmeal on a cold winter's morning.

any whole grain cereal low in sugar is healthy. cream of wheats, oats, are also very good and healthy
