The Christians changed it to Sunday to steal Mithra's thunder, then they invented a party line (entry into Jerusalem, Easter, Pentecost) to justify the change.
Some Christians are taught the party line. None are taught about Mithra. (Mithra was a popular Roman Sun god imported from Persia. The Jesus cult sought to convert the Mithra cult by *any* means necessary.) And, from my readings of Web sites and discussions, there are evidently some that don't know that the Sabbath was originally Saturday!

Christians worship on Sunday because it was the day of Christ's resurrection. He was crucified on Friday and laid in the tomb before sunset and beginning of Shabbat. On the first day of the week, Jesus rose from the dead. This is why people worship on Sunday.

Peeps?
lol?
Shalom/shabbat?
Do you mean? "people"?,.. "laugh out loud"?
What do these have to do w/ your question,.. maybe I'm just not getting it. This "day of the week/time of day" thing is just a hair splitting diversion,.. that is, if you're even remotely serious.

I may be mistaken, but I think the Emperor Constantine declared that the (day of Worship,Sabbath) would be the first day of the week Sunday. Your right Saturday,is the Sabbath. That is one of the Commandments God gave to Moses (Remember the Sabbath to keep it Holy unto the Lord) 6 days shall ye work, and on the 7th day (God rested),and declared this day Holy unto God.
