k well this guy REALLY likes he gave me flowers and chocolate 4 v-day and i turned him down 4 the 3 time and now i think im stating 2 like after 2 years but i dont want 2 like him but i fell bad 4 him and another thing is that he looks like.....

and my friends kinda will hate me if i go w/ him cuz his just like a friend 2 us

If you really like him and he really likes you, the answer is obvious.
Things like your concerns about friends might affect HOW you go about accepting or making an offer of a date, but they shouldn't affect WHETHER you go out with him.

looks shouldn't really matter.
i think you should just give him a chance.
you never know, it could possibly turn into something really good.
