Depends what you mean by "aboriginals". Aboriginal mean the natives to a country. Just as the Native Americans are the aboriginals to North America, the most common race referred to as aboriginals are the Australian aborigine.
Here in Australia Aborigines use to eat what is now known as "bush tucker". This is plants, animals & vegitation native to the australian bush such as bush potatoes, widgidee grubs, kangaroo, turtle, emu, and more native australian plants.

In Australia they ate such things as grubs from rotting tree trunks, killed game for food, planted some crops, ate berries and ever so often some tribes went head-hunting and had their neighbors for lunch.
