Wow. Well thats like bad. Shes only 13 hes an adult. I really dont think she should meet him anywhere ALONE have a few people go with her on like double dates or someting and carry cellphones.Does he know she's 13 and plus shes underage and he could get in some serious trouble for that!
You know what I wouldn't let her go at all!
I mean flying down form San Deigo?? Something is definitley up you neeed to contact her parents ASAP!

I would be worried too. 19 is just too old for a 13 year old, I'm 13 so I would know. and to have him flying down just to see her is scary. Make sure you tell her how you feel and that you are there for her. Good luck!

Tell her parents. This is something they really need to know about. Save her life. BE WORRIED! If you have to leave a note in the mail box if you don't want her to know you told. Or get someone else to call but let them know NOW.

yes i would be worried try talking to her about what could happen. you never know who the guy is or really how old he is. save your friend from putting herself in danger. if she dosen't listen to you i know it's hard but confront her parents and tell them you are worried and what she is doing
