Maybe because your question was so lame that the only way we could take up space and make you read was by letting you know you misspelled a word.
.........
You forgot the I in "if" by the way.

Generally the way one uses the language also tells us of his or her general intelligence; not being able to click Check Spelling would imply a very low intellect and some of us just can't help but to help those who are too stupid to help themselves.
If you don't want to be blasted, Check Spelling is your savior. There is NO EXCUSE for misspelled words especially the way your question is worded at the beginning. YOU seem to think YOU can change the language and standard that most of us have; however, many of us will continue to challenge you in your thinking and hopefully make you appear dull and dim-witted.

Why bother asking a question if you are not going to use the Check Spelling and try to make sense so people will know what you are trying to ask?

bcuz id takz Frt to figur out what ur sayyin.
Really bad spelling (as in leetspeak) just puts the burden on *us* to figure out what you are saying. Sure we can figure it out if we work hard enough, but it takes more effort. In other words, it is inconsiderate to make your reader have to work to undertand you ... if you care about being understood, then you would have the courtesy to spell-check things.
All that said, I agree with you that it is a cheap shot to correct somebody's spelling ... especially obvious typos. Unless of course the person is claiming to know something, and can't even spell it (like the number of people who claim that evoliution is rong) ... it just makes them look silly.

To highlight your laziness at hitting the 'check spelling' which is just above the text box containing the answer to the asked question.

And are you going to defend putting your question in the wrong category? Or did you do that on purpose to make a point?
Point taken: Rules have no meaning I guess.
