it hasnt been quite 4 months more like 3 but i started notcing a few weeks after he was born and he will be 4 months on the 27th. they recenting did an ultra sound to check for cysts on my ovaries thats not it. does anyone have any ideas on what it may be? please help!

Possibly adhesion's. If you start to run fever see a doctor as it could be appendicitis.....

Appendix maybe, more likely an infection, either way please go get more opinions till you find out what the trouble is......... pleeease don't ignore. The medical profession is so short sighted and blase these days it is positively frightening !!! I had similar pains after the birth of my first child, fortunately the Doctor then found an infection and treated it straight away. Doctors simply don't to think outside the square so to speak. Go to a naturopath, you'll get far better results........

Yes... your appendix is on the lower right side of the abdomen. Definitely have the doctor take a look at it.

Possibly nerve damage from the surgery.
