i arm wrestled some kid(he looked skinny) and even tho he did cheat a bit by using another arm.. it ended up in a tie. I know im alot stronger than him so is it cause im lacking skill that made me lose? oh and is it better to use diff arms as a main arm for wrestling cause my left arm feels more confident.

and uh.. ya i think your kinda right about that cause my biceps are big and it starts to get tired if i flex it for too long.. i may have starteed flexing it too early but um.. he doesnt play sports besides some basketball and after the match we flexed and mines was way bigger than his.. and than i challenged another dude and used my other arm and i think the match was more fair and i won really fast.

arm wrestling is both technique and strength/muscular endurance. a pressing exercise like the push-up would not help in arm wrestling.

niice ...
1 push ups is a matter of strength and positioning must be balance
2. you probably lost because youre both equally strong just because a dude seems skinny doesn mean he doesn have muscle *gotta watch out for those soccer guys*
3. the arm thing idkk which evers stronger i guess

it's not just a matter of strength, it's also a matter of stamina
sure you can lift yourself but your muscles seem to not used to prolonged extreme use (sort of...)

kinda like... some people can run real fast but can't compete in a marathon.
