I am considering Edinburgh. I do not mind traveling a distance to go and visit these places any suggestions? PS I have been to England and Paris already and I am quite familar with the cities.I love castles old castles or anything related to 15 century history.

Chillingham Castle is supposed to be our most haunted castle. Don't forget the Tower of London, full of ghosts! And there's Berkeley Castle, where King Edward II was murdered in a most dreadful fashion, and where his screams are still said to be heard. Here's another list:

You probably know about the London Walks, as you mentioned them above, but here's their site for more:

There are Tudor ghosts at Hampton Court, about half an hour by train from Waterloo in London:

Scotland is a must for its dramatic history. Walk the Royal Mile from Edinburgh Castle to Holyroodhouse where there are many associations with Mary, Queen of Scots. There are walks there, too, and plenty of atmospheric castles in the whole country.

Hope you enjoy your visit.

London is full of haunted places and will take a lot of space to write them down here.

But you can check for yourself at:

and

http://www.paranormaldatabase.com/london/lonpages/londdata.php

You can also buy a book on those subjects either in London or before coming to London.

Welcome!

All the best!/
