I'm a female, 14 years old and 5'2.5" My mom is 5'4" and my dad is 5'9". Do you think I will grow any taller and is there anything I can do to help me? Thank You.

I'm a female, 14, and 5'8". You will definitely get taller (did you have a growth spurt yet?) There is nothing you can really do to get taller. But i did hear somewhere that drinking milk contributes to like 15% of your height during your early teenage years. (something like that). I actually wish i was shorter. But don't worry, --let nature takes its course. (its not like there is a magic "Tall" drug on the market....Yet.)

skipping...i'm short 2...but...if u continue skiping...u can grow taller...u can go swimming...but...skipping's the fastest way 2 grow taller

drink lots of milk ^^ and play basketball!!! like me ^^ im 13 and 5'4
