Shih Tzu, male, tricolor, wid papers, 4months old...please help me find someone who will take care of him.. Php11 thousand only.

you should post your ad at vets offices not here, you don't know who will answer you and at least at a vets office people will take care of a pet. Any vets office will allow you to put your pets info on a bulletin board

What does Php mean? And did you say $11,000?
I got a beautiful shih tzu that was rescued for free. No papers, but so what. Where ever I go people tell me how pretty he is. I don't need papers for that and I had him neutered. Don't believe in bringing anymore animals into this world when we are contantly killing them because no one will take them.
