My younger brother(13) is always jerking off ...i have walked in on him about three times now,once in the bathroom and twice in the living room when he thought no one was home...are there any other sisters who have been through this?how did you handle it?

It sounds like you have several different factors at work: (1) he is 13, so his hormones are totally raging and his judgment is not (having been through my teen years, I have totally been there); and (2) it also sounds like he is an exhibitionist. Either consciously or unconsciously he likes getting caught. If he didn't, he'd do it in the bathroom behind a locked door. If you think he is being an exhibitionist, don't give him the satisfaction of a reaction to his show. Hopefully it is something he will outgrow. In the meantime, knock before entering and try not to let it bother you.

You will just have to walk right back out of there, and give him his time, he's going thruogh a big stage in his life and don't embaress him by saying anything or walking in on him. The only thing is he should be doing it in a more private place, you may try privately going to your mum and saying that somethings bothering you, you don't wish to walk in on your brother and could she please ask him to do it in a private place without mentioning I said anything.
