I think uglier girls (or simply ones that are not "hot") tend to know what rejection and being alone feels like. They can see through the airbrushed facade of the beautiful people and many of them know how to recognize quality in a man when they see it. Just as they may have a few extra pounds or some other minor imperfections, they can overlook common imperfections in many men who would themselves be overlooked by prettier women.

You see...no matter what we look like, there has to be that chemistry and attraction between 2 people. And don't judge the book by it's cover assuming that the ugly girl will have more of a humble spirit. There is false humility too.

Find someone you are attacted to in every way. It should only matter to you what she looks like, not what societies standards say she has to look like to be good enough. She should be fun, loving and understanding. Someone who takes care of herself and understands what mutual respect is all about.

Sorry, I don't agree with that completely. Yes..the pretty ones tend to be selfish and mean. However, people treat them differently and hold them to a different standard. Being pretty has it pitfalls, too. I'm pretty..smart and I'm never mean to people. My values taught me that. Some pretty women tend to think that they can get away with a lot because others let them because they are so hot. Haven't you heard a man say, "She's so freaking hot..I don't care that she treats me like s*** or is a selfish b****. I don't let my looks dictate how I treat others who are not as good looking. You know? I'm never mean about things like that..more so..I'm very sympathetic. Only because I think when I was younger I had bad acne and I knew how people would treat me...like s***. Now, that I am older..the acne is gone and people treat me a lot different. I get away with a lot. However, I am never cruel or judgemental towards others because I've been ugly before.

The way I see it...
Ugly girls know they have to get you to like them somehow, so they try harder to be nicer.
Beautiful girls already know you like them. They put less effort into being nice because they don't really see the need to be.
However, this your statement isn't totally true.
I know some ugly people who are rude because they are bitter, and some pretty people who are just nice.
