Low fat, no transfats, lots of whole grain, vegetables, and fruit, walnuts and almonds, more fish and sources of Omega 3, less meat are some of the recommended foods for a healthy heart. A glass of red wine daily, two cups of coffee a day, 8 glasses of water a day, 3 glasses of cranberry juice daily, are some of the recommended fluids to take.

6-8 glasses of water per day. Read the water cure website. Also take 2 tbls. apple cider vinegar in water 2-3 x day. Has 93 vitamins and minerals. Water is t he best. I drink 2-3 gallons of water per day. Have not had a cold or flu in almost 3 years.

go for the "whole" foods approach. The reasoning is the the closer it is to its natural state, the better.aka an apple is baetter than apple juice which is better than cobbler.

When cooking use Cranoil. Better with less fat in beef, so that means more veggies, fruit, fish, and chicken.
