Here lately ive been working out to this awesome workout Dvd. Im using weights and cardio 2 days out of the week. Ive been working out for 2 wks straight! I still havent lost any lbs, however ive gained some. When will i really start to shed these nasty pounds

although you may have gained weight, this is probably because your body composition is changing.

You will shed fat while gaining lean muscle, but eventually your muscles will catch up and the weight will come off (unless you keep gaining muscle by lifting progressively heavier weights!)

Just keep doing what you are doing and you will look wonderful in no time.

The pounds you have gained are probably muscle. One question, do you have a healthy diet? If you think just running around and jumping will help you lose weight without healthy food, you probably need a headshrinker.
Do you know running helps more?

also watch your diet try to keep healthy

if your doing two days a week youd need to step it up to quickly loose pounds

im in a varsity tennis class for HS so i constantly run and owrk out every day but i dont constantly loose weight it just depends on your body and what you eat

It takes more than working out. Are you cutting back on your foods(especially sugars & fats)?
