How can i pass less flatulance? it can be embarrasing at times.what to eat?

I once farted in the front of a lecture hall, and it was so loud, people didn't know what the noise was at first. they looked around with stupid looks or their faces, until the smell of decayed *** gas hit their nostrils.
Farts can be small or large, but all organic intestinal activity (at least the bacteria inside them) will produce gas, and if it is something the bacteria likes to eat, this can be a lot of Gas. Fun Fun Fun!!!

In France in the last 1800's there was a stage performer called Le Petoman, who farted on stage for the amusement of audiences. He started out bey making a sound that was like the "ripping of ten yards of calico", and it went on from there. Ladies would often faint from laughing so hard during his performance. His secret, was that he learned to suck air into his anus, while swimming in the ocean.... Ah to have a talent like that. His dead body was autopsied but doctor's failed to find anything remarkable about his bowels or anus.

Try eating just seasoned white rice when you do not want to be gassy. Take a few Beano before a meal. The serving size is 2 but you might need 4 or 5. It is made of digestive enzymes, so I do not think there is any harm in taking more.
Nip it in the butt, literally. Cut out some fabric (like from a sock) and, with a needle and thread, sow it into a little pouch. Fill the pouch with activated carbon (pet stores sell it for aquariums) and seal the opening with a small piece of double-stick tape. Place the pouch between your cheeks, right in front of the bung hole. The activated carbon will absorb the odor from any gas that escapes.

Hey, it's a natural process, I wouldn't worry about it. When it comes to expelling gas, I think people are either natural farters or burpers, I consider myself a natural farter. To try and pass less gas, I found personally that cutting things that are refined or processed out of my diet and focusing on eating healthy, things got better. Also, drinking a LOT more water might help as well.

They make over-the-counter pills for that to help you.

I think you should look at your diet. Try to eat healthier and that should solve some of your problems.

I used to have an embarrassing problem with it too and I started eating more fiber. I don't know why it worked, there may be a scientific explanation or it might just be me.

Stay away from Cabbage, beer, beans. But you can buy Beano in the drug store and take one before eating and that will help with the flatulence.
