Does it have anything to do with blood sugar dropping?

It is mostly when I am clothing shopping, especially in large store with tons of stuff to look through. Someone had mentioned to me that it may be a psychological thing (about spending money). I have been tested for diabetes and hypoglycemia and everything is fine...

It could have. Make sure you eat a healthy meal an hour or so before you go shopping. Also take some bottled water with you and stay hydrated. Also, layer clothing you wear so you can maintain a comfortable temperature.

Is this the only time that you experience this? Keep track of the times you feel this way, and where you are when you first feel it, as well as where you have been just previously. Keep a notebook with you to jot it down. Also, keep note of when it goes away and what things you do seem to help.

This notebook may help you figure it out yourself, and will be of great assistance when you see a doctor for it, which would not be a bad idea.

If you haven't eaten properly, it could be low blood sugar.
My first thought was if you have noticed feeling that way in a particular kind of store.
Many stores such as fabric shops, tire shops, furniture stores and others have products that 'outgas', letting Formaldehyde and other chemicals into the air. If that's what is bothering you, try staying a s short a time as possible in those shops.
Good luck

Tough question without knowing your medical history.

It could be your blood sugar (most likely medical condition for this).

It could even be something completely out there, like a psychological thing regarding money and shopping (stress and what you can afford).

Add more details, please.

could be allot of things don't know your age or your health history so I would only be guessing. So see your doctor for a blood test and blood pressure check.
