Okay I'm a young woman, who currently weighs about 130lbs and is 5ft 1.5in tall. I'm fine with my weight but I'm looking for tips to flatten my stomach I'm not looking for a six pack or anything but just a more defined womenly figure.

Do any kind of kick boxing. Tabo videos are fine; I like TaBoe Cardio it realy flattens the stomach. The kicking and twisting works your mid section like nothing else. I've done crunches all my life and it did little good, but a few weeks after my TaBoe it made a noticable diference; it is flatter and has a little definition. (FYI: I'm 5' 1" myself, but 140lb).

I'm 5'7 and i weigh like 122 and i do 20-30 crunches a night and im ripped

Most any exercise concentrating on the "core" will develop results. Don't forget to balance things with your diet as well.

OK you can bellydance or salsa or anykind of fast dancing. Do alot of crunches.
