I'm on a diet because I want to lose 5 pounds. The other day I was hungry, so I had two bananas in the same day since I can't eat anything sweet. Ever since that day, I feel like everything I eat just sits in my stomach, and I'm wondering if anyone knows what I can eat or drink to make that stop. Serious answers only, please.

Apple juice would be best. It works quickly, and you probably have some in your fridge. Also, eat some cereal that's high in fiber. This should work out for you. Good luck.

somethings that will cause you to go without chemicals, black olives. i ate two cans of them in one sitting and had to go all day the next day. also green ones, they will work much faster, but you have to eat a large amount of either for it to work. sugar free candy in large amounts will have the same effect. or just get a bottle of milk of magnesia and follow bottle instructions. i hope you get the results you want. i would also mention drink a lot of water to avoid dehydration.

Get some castor oil and rub it on your belly in a clockwise direction. Do it twice a day. It sounds silly, but it works. We learned in in massage therapy school.

The American Indians used a tree bark cascara segrada it can be found in mexican grocery stores .brew it as a tea or grind it like black pepper . I think the tea works better.a cup should be plenty, two if you are very adventurous.

Eat things with fiber that might help,if that dont work go see a doctor

All Bran cereal or All Bran Buds cereal...you need more fibre in your diet & eating some bran will work wonders for you.

Coffee always works for me, but if you don't like coffee, try bran muffins, prunes, dried or stewed, prune juice works really fast. I have heard people say oatmeal is good too.
