You can't. Attraction is something you can't force on anyone. Orchestrate a way to speak to him casually or say hi...but make it look accidental and merely friendly. If he takes an interest, he will then seek you out.

go to him and tell him how you feel. he will probably be glad you did. if not and he rejects you, that is also OK because suddenly he will not seem so cute . why would you want to be with him if he does not realize that your are the cutest girl in the world.

Just be yourself and relax. Be self confident; if he is to like you, it will jus happen by itself. If it doesn´t happen don´t worry, there is ALWAYS the guy who will like you just the way you are and behave

Well, try talking to him. Make yourself available and present in social situations he's in. Try to smile a lot and be outgoing...personality wins!

Maybe he's not looking at you because he doesn't know you? Find something you guys have in common (ie. same class) and start talking.

maybe he doesnt know you or thinks your different. You can try acting more yourself around him so he doesnt feel uncomfortable. he maybe doesnt look at you cause his friends think your "un-cool" or not popular. if anything your not ment for eachother.
