I'd remove it, of course. If I want to enter your house, I must abide by your rules.

I would remove the cross out of respect for you. I would, however, keep it in my purse and ask that you respect my wishes in that way. It is a matter of mutual respect and tolerance.
I don't wear a cross as a religious symbol. I would hope I don't need a cross for you to see that I am a Christian. If you can't see that from the way I act, then I need to make some changes in my actions.

I'd say "I'm not wearing one," and walk in.
As a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, I do not wear the cross. We look at it this way, if Christ had been shot by a gun instead of hung on a cross, would you wear a gun around your neck?
We believe the Atonement took place in the Garden of Gethsemane and that the resurrection took place in the tomb. So the cross is nothing but the instrument of his death. It is not a religious symbol to us. That's why you never see a cross on a LDS chapel or temple.

I don't wear one but I if I did, I wouldn't have a problem with removing it. The meaning of Christ dying on the cross goes far beyond a piece of jewelry.

I don't wear a cross because it's actually a pagan symbol...Jesus was actually nailed to a tree along with the two thieves, one on either side of Him.
But to answer your question...I'd take it off. Your property.

I don't wear one.
But hypothetically,I would take it off.Your property, your rules.
I would hope you'd be courteous,as I would be if you came to my house wearing a t-shirt proclaiming atheism.

I wouldn't have that big of a need to come onto your property, in fact from the sound of it you couldn't pay me to come onto your property.

I'd put it in my pocket and continue in.
I don't need jewelery to have the presence of God in my life.
