WALK AND DON'T BE AFRAID TO MOVE THAT KNEE ANY DOCTOR WILL TELL YOU TO EXECISE.. I KNOW WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT . I HAVE TWO HEART ATTACKS. OPEN HEART SURGERY STENT PLACEMENT THREE TIMES I'M 55 YEARS OLD AND STILL WORK HARD EVERYDAY . WALK RUN BUILD OLD TRACTORS. BUY AND SELL ALL KINDS OF STUFF. I HAVE GOOD AND BAD DAYS. SO IF YOU GET THE IDEA THEN JUMP RUN JOG SWIM JUST GET MOVING. PS. A NITRO PILL JUST BEFORE EXECISE WILL HELP WITH THE ANGINA
