Do crunches or sit-ups, but put a pillow in between your legs. It works out the lower abdomen.
:]
Hope this helps!

You are going to have to do some sort of leg lifts, whether it be lying on the floor, or upright on the bar-dip/leg lift 'machine'. Your trying to tighten up your lower abs is going to involve strengthening muscles in your pelvis area, and the only way to achieve that is by doing leg lifts.

why don't you want 2 do leg lifts? Well, if you hold your legs up in the air (does that qualify as leg lift?) and squeeze your a$$ as you lift toes toward ceiling, you will absolutely hit those lower abs. Nevermind, that's a daggone leg lift, isn't it? Well, also, if you keep your feet on floor, knees wide open (fun, i know) with soles of feet together and lift pelvis, it also hits that area. You want to fcous on the curling toward navel. Same thing with knees together and feet on floor. Damn, I hope this helped.
