It can if it contains ingredients that your skin is allergic to. If you don't let it touch your hair or scalp, you should be fine.

I have never heard this before, nor have I experienced getting a pimple by using hair gel in my hair gel wearing days. You can always opt for a foam gel, instead of a regular gel, if you're concerned about it affecting your complexion, but again, I dout that it causes pimples. Good luck!

ohh gosh no.....ive used plenty of hair gel and it doesnt make me break out. it might if youre strangely allergic to it though
