I've been speaking with a guy for over a year, and we're super close, to the point where we e-mail eachother everyday. BUt he lives in England, but theres still the attraction between us and we talk all the time.

Can a long distance relationship (from Canada to England) work if you never see eachother?

Sure, you can have a great relationship even if you never, ever see each other. However, at some point you might want to figure out what you each expect from the relationship, just to make sure there is no mismatch in plans.

That really depends on how deep you expect the relationship to get.

The problem with never getting to see each other will become a big issue because both men and women have needs. Mentally you will providing for each other but then there is also the physical part of it which would be rather impossible to achieve if your never getting to see the person.

Sorry but the answer is NO it won't work. Actually you can talk to someone everyday and like them but it would be much different if you met him in person, even if you met him and liked each other it still won't work, you live in two different countries and for you to move there it will be hard for you, same with if he were to move here, sorry it wont work out I've even tried it with having a relationship with someone just 2 hrs away and they just live too far to make it work

most long distance relationships dont work they are hard, because sooner or later your going to want to see the person more often then usual then when you cant you start feeling bad and alone and sooner or later your going to start questioning your partner what are you doing who are you with. its a hard job to keep a relationship alive and working when you see the person all the time can you imagin how hard it will be with never seeing the person

you have to see each other cause relationship isn't built on talking and emailing only. it feels different when you two are physically together. we have 5 senses and each sense has to like him otherwise it won't work. you will have to like the way he acts, talks, thinks, frowns, smells, touches and etc. they all contribute to a relationship. but it doesn't mean that long distance relationship won't work. you just need to see each other on a regular basis to know that your relationship really works...otherwise, it's more kinda illusional one for me though....good luck for it!

No you need to be able to be with someone physically. Unless one of you move to the other ones city it will fail given enough time.
