There is this guy who works right next to me. He acts very strange when I am around. I think he likes me but I am unsure. Here are somethings that he does. Please I need advice. I am a very shy girl and don't have the nerve to tell him face to face. I don't take rejection well and we work right next to each other.
(we work at the mall we are not co-workers)
-he talks to my employees when i am not around
-he doesn't talk to them when i am there
-he sometimes talks about me to them. not negative but things that have happened when i am not there
-he stares at me, and i have caught him
-when he walks by me he pretends he doesn't see me
-if i tell him high, he smiles and says hi back
-asks me my plans for the weekend and then walks away
-^^^^asks me other questions and walks away before i can answer
-gets upset when other guys talk to me...and if they flirt with me he is kinda cold..as if he was jealous
-he sometimes stutters as well

TWO shy people who are TOO shy to tell each other how they feel. lol Cute! I think he likes you but think about how much you are interested in this guy. You two work together. If you like your job then maybe dating a coworker wouldn't be such a good idea. If things don't work out then you both will feel reallllllly uncomforable. But hey going out to dinner, the movies or something like that as friends wouldn't be so bad. Then you can get to know him better and see if he's someone you would like to be with.

I am worried that he gets upset when you talk to other guys. That is not normal, even if you two were dating or married. And then you also say that sometimes he pretends not to see you, and he doesn't listen to your answer when he asks a question.
He may like you, but I think you are better off not to explore this. Just keep things casual.

It depends with each person, as I'm sure you know full well...but it sounds like this guy does have a little bit of a crush on you. Nothing huge yet, but something to built upon or ignored, whichever you choose.

Aww, cute....he's shy! Tell him he needs to man up, because honey, I don't for see you waiting around for him. He seems a bit immature, do you really want to deal with immaturity in the future? Think about it. He may like you, but he's got some growing up to do. I don't care how shy he is.

He feels the same way you do, he's afraid that he'll be rejected. You just ask him things that he ask you like what he's doing on the weekend and actually wait for him to answer. try and find out his likes and dislikes.

aaahhhh heck, u aint gonna know until u ask HIM. just say, "hey, im goin for a beer after work, wanna join me?" if he says yes, take if from there. he wont say no tho...hes interested.
