Well, it's not a easy question to answer, because I never knew it was a law? Well, I understand why they made it because, young people shouldn't be having sex, because they don't have a sable job. If you can lay down and have sex, you can carry your lazy butt to the gym. It's not actually the same as actually running on the treadmill, or running the quarter mile. No matterhow much sweat, and calories you burn. I also understand that sex is for pleasure, but it actually suppose to be meant for married couples, and not for crazy young people out to have little too much fun. Don't be shocked when someone gets pregnant even if you are on birth control, then y'all is really going to loose some weight*

I don't think it is illegal, as long as it is agreeable with both you and him. The parents might have a different idea, so you have to be very careful. When I was 19, my girlfriend was 16, her parents told us both, "be careful", they didn't want anything to happen.
In a round about way, they were agreeing, to us having sex, and I think they kinda knew that it would happen some day.

by Ohio law, there is a four year age difference that must occur before it becomes stat. rape. the legal age of consent is sixteen. this means you have to be within four years age difference for it to be kosher. if your having sex with someone younger than sixteen, then it's not stat. rape; it's child molestation. this is Ohio law; but i also believe it's the same law in the rest of the states. my peers are wrong in the fact that they are saying if one is eighteen while the other is still a minor, it is illegal. it is in fact legal. she could be sixteen, while you could be nineteen.

Nope, i believe there is a two year age limit or something for people under 18. But oh, check and make sure it's consentual, that part's pretty important.

No, only if one person is over 18 and the other person is underage, which would be statutory rape. If it was illegal, then pretty much half of all teenagers would be breaking the law.
