Okay... I wasn't going to respond to this one but you're getting some misinformation so...
A 16.9 fluid oz. bottle of Propel has 25 calories (plain water has 0)
0 fat
70 mg sodium
6 carbs
4 grams of sugar
0 protein
it provide the following percentages of the daily vitamins:
C = 25%
E = 20%
Niacin = 50%
B6 = 50%
B12 = 10%
Pantothenic Acid = 50%
There is also a Propel drink available which provides the daily requirement for Calcium. All in All it is very low calorie, low sodium, and very low in sugar so really I think it is perfectly safe to drink and may help curb your sweet tooth. But don't give up on good old fashioned water, you should still try to drink at least 6 - 8oz glasses of water a day!

Well just about anything is better than soda. But it all depends on the calories that propel has. Also propel has a lot of sugar in it. But its a whole lot better than soda.. also try Special K Protein Water, Vitamin Water, and just plain water.. they are all good and low in calories!! Good luck in your diet!!

It beats the hell out of soda, but be careful about where water (even Propel) comes from. You might be surprised where they get the water. You're likely better off getting a good water filter and drinking tap water and flavor it yourself.

Water is relatively significant for any living creature, exceptionally people. A human could drink 8 glasses of water an afternoon, on the minimum. next time you stand up to get a can of soda, get a tumbler of water particularly and eat nutrition with it or watch television or flow on the pc, so the water isn't on your mine, yet you drink it. Drink it mutually as ingesting something salty like pretzals, and you will crave liquid. then you definately'll drink the water. As for calcium, that's led to via loss of nutrition via the caffeine you're ingesting. Drink milk and eat dairy products like cheese and yogurts.

That's good. Soda has a lot of bad sugar in it, and most diet sodas have aspertame (aspertame kills...go to www.sweetpoison.com)
Water is the best thing you could drink.

Check the ingredients, it may have sugar.
Try a lemon, or orange in your water.
