Why does it have to be asian? LOL I'm asian, but I'm pretty sure the basic methods work. Condoms, birth control pills, the shop (Depo Provera), the ring, and so forth.

i dont think that your nationality matters when it comes to birth control. but dont use APRI it gave me blood clots in my lungs and i almost died. i now have an IUD its non hormonal but has the most efectivness ocording to my obgyn. doctor places it inside you pain free and its good for ten years. its effective the day its put in you dont have to wait a month like the pill and the day it gets taken out when your ready to have kids you can try right away with out all the hormones still in your system not letting you get pregnant. and because theres no hormones its not affeliated with weight gain. but make sure you have insurance without it it will cost you about 700$.
