Muslims believe that there is only one God, and Mohammed is the final messenger of God. We also believe in the prophets who are mentioned in the Bible. The morals and values of Islam are nearly identical to the morals and values of Christianity, as stated in the Bible.

The major differences between Islam and Christianity are the concept of original sin, which doesn't exist in Islam - children are born innocent and only are held accountable for their own sins, and a difference in opinion over the meaning of the word "son".

The major differences between Islam and Judaism are that Jews reject the teachings of some prophets which Islam recognizes, and also I've been told that Jews do not believe in an afterlife.

Islam is the religion of one God. It states that there is only one God and one God only and that Muhammad is his last messenger.

like the ten commandments in Christianity there are the 5 pillars of Islam.
1. shahada (declaration that you believe in Islam)
2. salat (prayer) five times a day
3. zakat (charity, giving to the poor)
4. sawm (fasting) in the month of Ramadan from sunrise to sunset.
5. Hajj (pilgrimage) Anyone who is Muslim can perform the hajj. Every affording and healthy Muslim must perform this pilgrimage at least once in their lifetime. Meaning it is only obligatory if you are healthy and able bodied and if you can afford it.
During the Hajj, Muslims recall what happened to important people in their history as well as try to be spiritually closer to God. Muslims trace these traditions to Muhammad's own performance of the Hajj. It is a way for Muslims to commemorate Muhammad's actions and it is a spiritual beginning. Like baptism all your previous sins are erased.

The laws of Islam are simple and based on morality, modesty, chastity, peace, and truth.

Watch the movie The message..then you will understand Islam.

p.s. Islam is not a religion of terrorism

Muslims are followers of the religion Islam. They are NOT similar to Jewish. Definetly not. It's sorta like Christianity, but a bit different. Muslims believe that Muahmmad is that last prophet. They pray 5 times a day, and I'm not gonna go into details. If u want me to then IM me.
