If your health is not suffering from the decrease in caloric intake, then don't worry about it. The less active you are- the less food you need to eat. However, if you ARE losing an inordinate amount of weight, then find some kind of regular exercise you can do- to stimulate your appetite. Anything you can do to work up a sweat, will build muscle, limit the progression of your disability, and increase your metabolism (& appitite). Good luck!

Well, the less active you are, the less calories you need, so, that's actually good that you don't eat as much. If you did, you would probably gain a lot of unwanted weight, which wouldn't be good for your disability. Just don't stop eating to the point of getting yourself sick. Don't worry, Be Happy!
