this guy is shy because he knows that you know that he likes you and he doesnt know if you like him back. you should try making small talk with him to show him that you arent freaked out by him liking you. show that you are interested by by flirting with him a little and smiling at him once in a while. once you two arent completely shy with each other exchange phone numbers and talk to each other on the phone. fate will take it from there and if its meant to be then you two will become boyfriend and girlfriend.
