im 5 foot 4 inches and 120 pounds i cheer so im active i just really want to loose some extra pounds

cut out all carbs like bread, buns, donuts, cereal. Eat protein like eggs, chicken and lots of vegetables and drink 8 glasses of water a day. Eat 6 small meals during the day to keep your
blood sugar up and stay away from fruits for the week. The only one's you can eat are grapefruits and oranges. And do a power walk every evening or morning for half an hour. No pop, no chips!

Well, I'm only 5'2", and my doctor told me not to get below 120, so just try and tone, not lose weight. Muscle weighs more than fat and takes up less space. There is no way to gain a lot of muscle in one week unless you take steroids.

Breakfats 2 apples or,cerela with lowfat milk,oatmeal.
Snack-fruits,nut trail mix,low fat yogurt
Lunch-salad with anything you want except that you need to stay away form this foods- Potato,too much rice,bread,pasta,sweets,sodas.
Dinner -something light vegetables with wheat bread sandwitch.

Work out dance for about 20-30 min 4x week

eat ony, and i mean ONLY when you are hungry, and eat only healthy foods. jumping rope and doing some crunches will really help too. good luck! =)
