ok there is this guy that i have been talking to for 2 years and we talk over the phone now and well my friends ask him bout me and he always says i dont know but im pretty but what does i dont know mean is that good or bad??

You need to roll out, if he cannot say he likes you one way or the other after two years then you need to find someone that isn't going to take what you have to give for granted and will like you for certain.

i donk know means that there is someone else in his life and hes not sure whether to go with one or the other give him time hell say yes or no and then just moce on from there

"I don't know" means he is not ready now, if ever, to be anything more than a friend, if that.
Don't loose sleep over him. You are only 21, there are many many years ahead.

It could mean different things. It could mean he doesn't like you but he doesn't want to hurt your feelings. It could also mean that he does like you, but he's too shy to tell you.
