What is the easiest program to use to turn a photograph into wallpaper? The simpler, the better.

Once the picture is downloaded to your computer just right click on it and select set as desktop background. If you need to re-size your digital photos download this Microsoft tool to re-size your photo's quickly and easily. I even use it on my avatar pictures that I use on my 360 page and on here.

If its on your computer under a file just right click with your mouse, select properties, click on the desktop tab then browse for your photo. It should be in there. Once you find it as long as its not to small it should show up nicely as a background on your computer. That's how I put mine up.

Have the picture saved in 'My Pictures' on your computer, then right-click on your desktop background and select 'properties', then click on the 'Desktop' tab, the click 'browse' and go into my pictures to find your picture, then right-click on the picture and select 'set as desktop background'. I guess that seems pretty hard, but its not. =)

if u have winxp you don't need any extra programs

just go the pic file, right click and select Set as desktop background.

SAve the pic...then right click...go into properties...backrounds..browse look for the pic nd set as backround...nd there u go!!!
