a kid is sent to atherapist for not being able to say high pitched sounds like the letter "G" if they determine that the problem is the spinal organ of corti which organ is defective? what type of hearing loss is this and why? can it be treated? if yes how?

The Organ of Corti is part of the inner ear that receives sound.
Sensorineural hearing loss would be the type because it isn't conductive hearing loss (flaw in the ossicles or tympanic membrane). They would probably treat it with a hearing aid and speech therapy; there might be surgery that can be done but I'm not sure about that.
