No, it means that you have not been past due on your account, that you have been making minimum payments, and you have not exceeded your credit limit.

it means you must not be late on paying your account. Any number of days past the due date would be "not current"

No, it means that your account must be active (or current). You can't use an account that was previously closed and is not being used now.

No it means you must be making your payment ( minimun at least) on time every pay cycle. You should not have been late or otherwise incurrs and penalty fees due to missed/late payments or NSF payments.

It could mean that it is in good standing. Payed as agreed.
Or not canceled.
