Compared to other girls your age and height, you weigh more than 9 out of 10 of them. You are much heavier than the average, and so you have to determine the cause. Maybe you get a lot of exercise, and have a muscular build, like a gymnast. But if you aren't a sports person or spend a lot of time at the gym, you should definitely consider some healthier habits.

Get exercising, working up to 30 minutes a day, five days a week. Walking, running, bicycling, swimming are all great - and cheap! That helps you build some muscle mass, which helps you to grow stronger, and burn fat.

You also have to watch what you eat. If you don't have other medical troubles (and most of us don't), the main cause of being overweight is eating too much, and too much bad food. Cut down the fast food, the soda, and the candy to just a few times a week.

Keeping a food diary helps too - write down everything that you eat, and how much. Some people don't realize how much they put into their tummy until their tummy doesn't fit in their pants anymore.

Not for a 13 yr.old. You still very young to be worried about your weight. You will get taller also and that will slim you down. Don't be concerned about your weight unless you
don't grow or start to gain weight. You are just fine!

You are overweight unless you're muscular because I'm 13 5'2 and weigh 115 and mine's muscle

thats just over 8 stone right? I was that when I was your age, You are fine. (tho maybe a little exercise to stay toned wouldn't go amiss!)

It all depends on how the weight is distributed. You could be really skinny with gigantic feet.

For an adult, that would be just verging on being overweight for your height. For your age, you should probably not weigh more than about 110lb-115lb.

no but start watching it do you feel fat if so then do something if you are o.k. with your weight then keep up with your style of lfe and when you unhappy change it
