Thank you for reminding me, it's been a long time and only a few times. I do sitting meditation every nite before bed. But I had forgotten about walking meditation.

I done Thai chi outside like the person above. I relaxed at an empty beach. The most powerful mediation i have ever done was lying down in a dark quite space. .

Yes. It's nice being outside and being "in the moment" while you're walking. I sometimes think I get a better workout when I'm concentrating on my breath and I'm actually feeling every step.

I try but can't seem to be still enough, though when walking the labyrinths I can get in the zone.
