A Buddhist monk would marry a Buddhist couple, but you may have regular clergy perform a Buddhist ceremony if they are willing.

I'm not certain you have get married at a temple. I doubt it.

A Buddhist monk would definitely bless any couple getting married, regardless of their faith.

Divorce I have no idea on. I suspect there might be some sort of ritual blessing, but only a Buddhist monk would be able to administrate that.

I do have a copy of a Buddhist wedding ceremony if you'd like it. You can e-mail me.

The same as everyone else does. It's no different. Just get a license and get married. There's no special ceremony or anything like that.
