It doesn't sound like sleep apnoea, your spouse would whinge about your snoring not your restlessness. Maybe you have restless leg syndrome, that can result in a lot of movement. Sometimes it can be as simple as a bad mattress that is making you uncomfortable.

The dog that sleeps with me can have major spasms... and Im geussing you mean spasms and not like actually sleep jumping........... which would be odd... definately a you have your own bed condition, as getting jumped on while sleeping would really suck unless you were both nackked.

I use guided meditation / hypnosis to get a really heavy sleep and fast too. I woulnd't recommend using sleeping pills or tranquillizers as I'm not in favour of medication.. You may need to sleep in your own bed... or get into bdsm and don't uncuff yourself after prebed forplay. Maybe you can exercise heavily before bed.. so that you tire yourself out and your body wouldn't think of spasming.

I can give lots of other suggestions.. but it really has to do with how you sleep, and what state you sleep in.

Like snoring.. your hubby may wake you up whenever you are jumping.. or poke you in the side.. perhaps this will lead you to be more tired or subconciously engrain a desire to sleep non jumpy in you.. you can try a sleep clinic too.. they will likely know what to do

Every once in a while, I wake myself up that way. If you find a way to stop it tell me. And it's not sleep apnea...my dad has it...sleep apnea causes a lot of snoring and you stop breathing a lot in your sleep and yes it does kill...possibly a potassium deficiency
