is it true that resin water filters exist for sale in the water filtering market?

I'm searching about water filters,I did it with carbon activated filters and I want to know more, somebody told me there are filters that works with "resin".

I think you are referring to ion exchange water purifiers which remove dissolved salts. An alternative process which does the same job is reverse osmosis.

Hi. Resin filters are used to de-ionize water.
