I want to drop 10-20 pounds in the next 2 months or so....
does anyone know of a good workoue that i can do once a day w/o weight or mats or anything??..please and thankies

Swim or bicycle an hour or two a day.

The Sun Salutation.. it's a yoga thing, streches every muscle in your body, burns ridiculously high amounts of calories.

Repeat 5-10 times a day.

Jump roping and about 15 steps up and down the stairs

Dancing-bellydancing, salsa anything thats fast and shakes it.

walking.... fast walking holding 5lb weights... 30 min daily.... no fast foods .....
