how do i increase my height?

i m 16 yrs old ill be turning 17 this april i m just 5'5
i would like to know wat is the age limit for growth in height i m very keen to increase my heigt i m taking SPECTRAVITE daily do u think i will become more tall
i have four months free time plz can u tell me the various exercisez which will help me increase my height

Eat a lot of protein, nuts, fish, fruit for breakfast, and drink water. Make lunch your biggest meal. And as for exercises, strengthen you back muscles for better posture, also do some yoga stretches for the back. You can also do plenty of pull ups. Try hanging upside down, and lastly, before you go to sleep, tell yourself your growing - meditate on it.

First of all, what do your parents and grandparents look like? If the genetic trend is to be on the smaller side, so be it. Yoga is great for lengthening muscles, but height is pretty much determined by DNA and nutrition.
